These terms set out the agreement for online trading between Four Fashion Australia Pty Ltd 

(who houses the brand Lost in Lunar ABN 83 625 804 524) and the user of this website ('You/Your').

You must accept these terms and conditions to access this website any further.


//COMMUNICATION

When signing up to Lost in Lunar's newsletter, you consent to Lost in Lunar using your personal information, such as your email address, for direct marketing purposes. 

This includes sending you correspondence such as newsletters, product information, competitions and promotions, by email, SMS, social media or post. 

You may opt out of receiving these direct marketing communications, and any variation to your communication preferences, at any time.


//PLACING AN ORDER & PAYMENT

By completing a Purchase Order, You are making an offer to purchase the Product at the price set out in the Website.

Payment must be made at the time of submitting the Purchase Order. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Afterpay or PayPal only. 

You warrant that You are an authorised user of the credit card, Afterpay account or PayPal account used to complete payment.

All Purchase Orders placed through this Website are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Four Fashion Australia Pty Ltd (Lost in Lunar). 

We will email you with confirmation of the receipt of Your Purchase Order. 

All transactions are settled in Australian Dollars (AUD). 

If you are ordering from outside Australia, and your bank account or credit card is held in a different currency, you can still order by credit card.

Your currency will automatically be converted to Australian Dollars when you complete the transaction. 

The conversion rate varies from day to day with the current exchange rate. 



//REFUND, CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

Lost in Lunar does not offer refunds as stated in these Terms.

Unless provided for under these Terms, no cancellations or changes to Orders will be accepted, and the Goods will be delivered to the stated delivery address in accordance with these Terms. 

Therefore, the Customer should carefully check that its Order is accurate before the Customer submits it to Lost in Lunar. 

The Customer will, however, be able to return Goods in accordance with Lost in Lunar's returns policy.

Lost in Lunar may accept returns within 14 days for Australian customers and 30 days for international customers from the date of delivery. 

Goods must be unwashed, unworn and in their original purchase condition with original tags still attached with no signs of being removed and re-attached.

Goods for return must be posted at the Customer’s expense. 

Reimbursement will only be made for garments that are deemed faulty or if an error has occurred on our end.

The Customer must include completed returns form within their return parcel

Items purchased during promotional sale periods will NOT be eligible for a return/exchange/credit note. 


//DELIVERY

Any period or date for delivery of Goods stated by Lost in Lunar is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment. 

Lost in Lunar will use its best endeavours to meet any estimate delivery dates but will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the Customer or any other person for failure to meet an estimated delivery date.
