Not satisfied with your purchases? Lost in Lunar will happily provide you with an exchange or store credit providing all our conditions are met.
All full priced items must be post stamped within 14 days of receiving your order and any items received thereafter may be denied.
Items must be returned in their original unworn condition with all tags attached. Once returns are received they will inspected before an exchange or store credit is issued.
We reserve the right to deny any returns that are marked with make-up, smell of perfume and/or washing powder.
In the event that a return is deemed unsuitable, the customer will be notified via email and the item will be returned to sender.
As stated in our terms and conditions, Lost in Lunar does not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
In the unlikely event that the product received is deemed faulty, the item will be sent to the manufacture for assessment before a refund can be issued- this can take up to 7 days.
Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.
We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by Lost in Lunar will not be issued with a credit.
All returns will be automatically processed for a store credit unless otherwise arranged.
An email will be sent to you with the credit voucher which can be used to purchase a different item(s) of your choice.
Please note if an exchange is desired, you will need to place a new order using the credit provided. Please allow up to 5 business days for your returns to be processed.
A returns form is provided with each order containing instructions that must be followed to receive a store credit.
